I really needed see this today. I am growing my business slowly and word of mouth has been the best adv/mkt for me. I thought I was crazy not spending money on advertising, but I would rather reinvest in products for my business because at the end of the day that is what people will remember. I see so many companies with great ad campaigns all over the place and nothing to back it up with. It is so disappointing.

Emily, this is a great story about Arkis Clothing, another proof that principles work. Especially when you provide your customers want and deliver it to them without straying from that focus.

Thanks
